The title is a quote from Fellini and takes us back to a light, poetic view of life, a common characteristic to the two artists exhibiting at the Galleria Arte A Colori until December 15th.

Matteo Cocci is dreamlike and carefree and takes us closer to the world of unreality through the eyes of childhood. Andrea Capucci is astonishing with his poetical compositions near the exasperation of domestic feelings that bring simple and pure messages.
Cocci likes to describe himself as a painter, he has an original and curious technique, part etching, part collage and part painting, and recounts with a curious imagination the analysis of a concrete daily life made of simple gestures and pure gazes.

His worlds made of children, pets, houses and farms, always show a dreamlike and bizzarre side of life: the expressions are true and sometimes cruel, have a pure and rich angle, with a fable-like rhythm, with visionary readings and enchanted nursery rhymes.

Capucci is an eclectic illustrator, watercolorist, refined sculptor and is still a child in soul, he uses the strength of poetry as genesis of his daily business, between domestic elegy, visionary worlds of love between two impossible underground, hidden worlds with dear, wolves, lions, and this is all rightened by a way of looking which never judges. His contemporary gaze lightens up the chaotic world of our daily lives.

They are both full of colour, energy and purity: we have associate them for their ability of representing our daily life with that unreal way of looking at things making our sight able to see poetry even in the smallest of things.

The artists will be present. At 5 pm there will be tea, coffee and cakes.
