Beaux Arts London, is exhibiting at Strarta, an international Art Fair featuring works from 30 galleries accross the globe. Based at the Saatchi Gallery at the boundaries of Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia, the area has already an international reputation for the latest trends in contemporary art and this will be reflected in the execution of the event. Strarta is a curated art fair, and Beaux Arts London is delighted to be supporting this new event that is set to become part of the annual art calendar.

Beaux Arts opened in Cork Street in 1993 and over the past decades has developed a reputation for exhibiting the best of Modern British and contemporary painters and sculptors.

Directors Reg and Patricia Singh opened their first gallery in St Ives (Cornwall) in 1971, representing work by the St Ives School, before opening Beaux Arts Bath in 1979. Some of these earlier artists’ work now forms the core of the gallery’s substantial inventory of Modern British art. Beaux Arts London also represents the estates of Terry Frost and Elisabeth Frink amongst others.

The gallery’s focus is increasingly aimed at nurturing talent among the current generation of emerging artists, selected for their innovative practice as much as the aesthetic qualities of their work. New pieces by Marilène Oliver and Rachel Schwalm will feature in the gallery’s display at this exciting new art fair.
