As of its ongoing commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts has launched a Pre-Check-In system which enables customers to select their room prior to arrival.
With this new tool, comparable to the one used by fliers when selecting seats for their flight, users are able to take a 3D or 180? virtual tour of the rooms and then select the one that fits their need.

Customers are able to explore the different areas of the hotel and rooms through photos and videos, and they can do this from the comfort of their home.After IBEROSTAR customers make their reservation they will receive an e-mail that will provide them access to the tool; customers can then make their selection and reserve the room of their choice.

Users like this tool because it gives them complete control of their room reservation; they have the opportunity to tailor their vacation to their needs. With a simple click the customers are able to guarantee their satisfaction reducing the room for unexpected surprises to a minimum.

All the hotels have been photographed room by room and recorded on video; 3D plans of each floor at each hotel have been created, including 180º views of the facilities.

In addition to offering the service in English, this tool is also available in Spanish, French, and German, and as of right now it is free of charge. This is undoubtedly a convenient service not only for family trips and weekend gateways, but also for businesses and organizations.
